Medium height. between 5’10 and 6’0. Turning him into a towering oaf is one of the many things I hated about Rob Zombie’s Halloween. One of my favorite movie villains is Clarence Boddicker from Robocop, he looks just like a regular, average guy but he’s evil to the bone.
Very true, my man. But he’s also very WIDE. The man is 230 lbs. Strip away 60 pounds of muscle, and it’d make a big difference.
Yeah he,s a big SOB LOL! Hey I was just watching a interview and the guy was joking with Dick Warlock about his height and Dick said he was 6 ft with the big heels they had on his boots? His Jungle boots were actually the small sole 1966 style so maybe they put something in em?
Castle and Durand portrayed Myers better than anyone in my opinion, so i’d say between 5’10" - 6" or around there.

In the film they make him look shorter, more on a par with Jamie Lee. I like that. Average height. H1 Michael (the general build across all who played him), Warlock and Durand are my favourites.
Well, I haven’t been on here on in awhile, so hello again. And, I myself am pretty big for my age because, I am 14 years old and 6’2" and 150 pounds (can’t wait to see how big I’ll be as an adult!) . So while my favorite myers is Dick Warlock, I also like Chris Durand and the other bigger myers since I can pull that look off more. 
Nick Castle was the original Michael, but I would have to say Dick Warlock was my favorite. There was something so mechanical about the way he carried himself. I’m 5’10 myself, but height really doesn’t matter in the movies, they can do alot with camera angles to make someone look bigger or smaller than they really are.
just a small tidbit. i read somewhere(or heard) that michael was always “imagined” 6 foot or a bit over. i dont recall where there this info this came from but i know in the past 15 plus years i have been around michael i know this info was sed elsewhere

That was just TOO tall IMO. I guess it was supposed to add to the fear but it was just too extreme for my liking.
I think Michael should be at least 6"4 (: (not counting any actors) Or at least really tall 
I watched the first Halloween 100 times and for the longest time I thought Mike was 6’3 and 200 pounds. You can’t really tell in that one because he’s rarely compared against another man and he’s always in the shadows.
But Castle and Warlock 5’9-5’10 are fine. But for the older Mike, Wilbur was good. Bigger physically and all.
I like both versions. And for all you guys,nothing wrong with being 5’9 or 5’10. Mike Tyson was only 5’10.
I love the original height of Castle’s Shape. I am 6’1’’ and that’s how I picture his Shape with boots on. When I Costume as The Shape mine is usually 6’3’’ (With Boots). I think the average size is more fitting but the massive height of Tyler was good for that particular film and how brutal Michael was. But IMO The original height is the best.

And yeah…the original Myers is the best. He was portrayed so well in the 1st Movie. So glad that nick castle will be the shape in the new one again. Can’t wait for the release
I really liked George Wilbur but he was cast because Michael had to compete with the size of Jason in the late 80’s. Hockey pads? hahahaha. But for sure a normal size Nick Castle and Warlock is the ORIGINAL and best look.
My preferable Myers is between 5’8" and 6ft, the average human male size. Making him too big just takes away part of makes him The Shape.

I thought it was common knowledge that Nick Castle was 6’1" at the time H1 was filmed. So, in my opinion, that would be the perfect height. Good thing I am 6’1" too.
I always thought Nick was 5’11?
I knew he was around 6ft, I was never sure of the exact measurement.
I loved the two originals following Wilbur in H4. It all goes along with his monologue. He always kept his cool but in the other films he wasn’t the same killer to me. So to me the height is better with an average height but the way he stalks in 1,2,and 4 add so much more to it. Imho.
