Just as the title, have seen photos, and would like some information on acquiring a 2k Kirk mask? Is this from NAG studios? Where could I possibly receive a blank or complete. Any help or knowledge on this would be great guys. Thanks.
Yes it was from NAG but it was a limited run of 5 i think so the only way to get one is to buy one second hand from someone will be willing to part with it lol 
What Marcus said^^^^ I believe the 2k Kirk is one of the most accurate ever sculpted, but very hard to come by even if someone who owns one is willing to sell.
Correct ONLY 5 kirks and mine is #5 of 5 and I have turned down offers of 3k twice in the past month alone! I know my friend Kriss has one and Darren and am not sure where the other 2 are! Good luck!!
The first 2 copies of the 2k run are 2k promo Kirks. Copies 3-5 which are owned by myself, ^^Matt, and Darren are final sculpt pieces. You can pick up a 2k promo for WAY cheaper than a final sculpt piece. As Matt said offers for our copies have been extremely generous, but none of us have parted with our copies.

Great thread. Thanks all for taking time to inform me on this spectacular piece which is the 2k Kirk. Why only a run of 5 at this time? Also, can any of you owners share some pics of your Kirk here? Nikolas is hard to get a hold of and would love some shots from you guys.
Here’s a link to my mask. Matt just posted a couple pics of his mask recently in a collection thread. I presume Nik limited them because he wanted to that and he already had plenty of affordable, accurate, non-limited pieces in production. At that time the H78 was Nik’s popular seller. Shortly after the 2k, Nik released the 75k which became his mass produced mask of choice. Nik has released quite a few accurate pieces that never made it into a real production line and some of those copies are still nameless and are simply one off’s, so at least the 2k was given a run, regardless of whether it was super limited or not.

I think this mask speaks about the whole price issue of masks. I remember when it came out people were complaining about $2,000 for a Kirk mask. Now look at the money people are willing to spend to get one. 
I’ve got the only copy from the second mold, which was near finished. The only difference between mine and the final is the forehead v, which is more pronounced on my copy and I actually like it better.
Yeah the "k was a special release pretty much and at the time the 75K was set to be released as a more affordable one And coldblooded killer i assume you are referring to the mask in your avatar? that thing looks great man and i had no idea there was another mould. That makes yours very damn special then. great thread everyone btw
I think the mask Coldblooded Killer has in avatar is NAG Classic 75K Kirk
Chads copy is a 2k promo Kirk. It’s closer to the Classic75. Not only is the forhead different, but so are the cheeks, nose, and eye details. Maurice (MdK) converted a copy like Chads. I believe Chad has copy #1.
2k is a fine kirk…wish there were more around to see the conversion possibilities.

Great thread everyone. number2, thanks so much for posting pics of your sold copy. This mask is incredible! It would be great to see the H78, Classic 75K, and the 2K Kirk all side by side and possibly even all well converted. I’d love to really see the variations for a mask that truly seems so different every time I see a picture of the screen used hero. TheShapeShifter, thanks for your link, buddy! This is not correct. My copy is not from the same mold as the promo. From what I recall there were 3 sculpts, promo, mine, and final. On my old phone I have a picture of my copy next to a test of the final sculpt. I’ll try to get them posted up, you’ll see why I chose to purchase the copy I did when they were side by side.
