Out of curiosity , are there any disadvantages to using spray paint to paint the 78? I feel like it would be easier and i wouldnt get the stupid latex balls from drybrushing. Though i have learned that mixing less latex in the acrylic can help with the pesky boogies. Cant afford an airbrush.

No, you don’t need that! Just go for it, and you’ll notice a difference.

Ya it works real good in some areas. May try to sand some of the warty looking bits. Kinda thinking maybe i should have used sugar , or cut up the grinds a bit finer, maybe less adhesive . need more of a rougher texture . learning process anyway. Inspired by this kind of rust /texture.

Finally picking up some steam here and getting around to completely finishing some stuff. Doing some clear coat and some touch ups. Think i might chunk up the stumps too. Knives arent clear coated still need some touch ups on handles. Not the best pics for the knives there alot more layers of splatter going on, need the right angle, ill post later.

I know not all the wounds are on the coveralls here, but i see a stab wound at the top of the shoulder. This isnt where karen stabbed him i think its from allyson at the end of 2018 on the stairs, ive slowed that scene down a bunch , but cant pinpoint where she gets him. But in the taking shape books they do mention allyson stabbing micheal in the shoulder. Thoughts ? Need to know just trying to make an accurate costume adding in the continuity of actual screen damage (the stab wounds allyson gives him in Kills (stomache) that dont carry over on the coveralls. (Just want to go the extra mile here) Im also intersted about where we see the extray crispy kills mask in the movie.

I can’t really remember either. I don’t remember seeing any cuts aside from what you mentioned and the hand slash.. maybe it happened offscreen
