Curious as to the various head sizes of the actors who portrayed the shape. Mainly curious about Nick Castle and Dick Warlock, but feel free to include the others if you know anything!

Whatever the size the mask was probably 23.5
JJC has gotta be around 23” since the TOTS 2018 masks are so small. Castle is probably a little bigger. Warlock is probably 23.5”
The other thing to mention is the size/shape of Shatner’s head, which is why Castle and Warlock stretched the original mask in such different ways. I’m by no means an expert, but it seems that most of the masks that are made from pressings of the life cast or original 1975 Kirk top out at around 23.5” without intervention (like rescaling).
Someone on here did actual measurements of a real Kirk and posted them in the past
Pretty sure Tyler mane used a 24” mask? Maybe 24.5”.
that’s not the only one, the Billy Kirkus is smaller than the KH mask, here’s Kirk Magnums picture
The outside could be 24 but the inside would be smaller depending on thickness. Am I correct Thenbilly kirkus one always makes me think of alien Myers because of the eye cuts.

Tyler Mane used a 25" according to some sources
I wouldn’t take that as a rule, TOTS masks used to be all tight and kid sizes, JJC is not a tiny guy, I’d dare a 24" for him
So what is a good size to try & make an “accurate” H-1 mask, but not too small or “kid sized” like the original DPS 75-Kirk?

I’d dare to say the CGP Warlock seems “perfect” at around: 24.5 inches. In my humble opinion…

I think a 35,5 is ideal for H1, but even a 24", at 24,5 it begins to be largish but you can make it work if the sculpt has a little bit of Castle stretch, the one you see in my avatar is 24,5
I’m 6’5” and my head is 23”, so I think his head could be 23” as well
Mane wouldn’t have that big of a head, George Wilbur had a pretty big head
23.5 is good. I see great masks etc but they don’t look “tight” like they did on Warlock and castle because they were 25. They look better just stuffed
