and trancas might own myers they dont own the 75 kirk, dp did if they still do. in the end it was a life cast of shatner and didnt he sue trancas hence the reason the mask was changed…
I agree, It would also be nice to send a copy to Billy, after all he did get jack squat from the whole thing.
No question Nik, you are acting within the rules of this society we have for ourselves here. This is very true. I agree with you on that completely. Problem is, Gary way back in time, stole the MASTER MOLD of the Nightmare. Then, he made MASTER COPIES (Which he had zero right to do) He never paid Justin for the MASTER MOLD itself. The MASTER COPIES in your possession, were made from stolen property. That’s where alot of the anger comes into play from others.
Problem is, the Justin defenders have to also realize that JUSTIN had ZERO rights to the '75 Kirk he RECASTED to make the Nightmare to begin with.
The shady part that we’re ALL guilty of, is the real LAWS behind stealing/stolen property etc. We’re all guilty on that, no question about it.

I don’t think Nik really wants “the cake” to himself, but I think it’s more of him being pissed that he got dupped like everyone else. I’d be pissed if I paid “x” amount of money for something just to find out that it’s not only not the ORIGINAL MASTER MOLD, but technically, 2nd generation stolen property.
Nobody owns the rights to recast anything, the Kirk, or Michael Myers related. Nobody.
I have a confession to make. Keep this to yourselves, please. I own the actual mold to the 1975 DP Kirk mask. 
Exactly,the last thing i want is trouble.About the masters i have at least one is the one Justin sold to MMP.Also about stealing,i think the correct word is that he still owe Justin the money.Stealing is getting something from someone without his knowledge…
this is true except nik was complaining that somebody was gonna buy the nightmare/nightwatcher and he can be the only one since he paid so much.
Id be pissed to but theres nothing he can do other than be pissed and sell his mask like hes selling them at the pace he is to at least make some money back and then some.
recast nope you can never sell rights but if you were givin permission by people that made it like ssn did then its ok to sell copies. Tranca owns myers but im not sure on the look of the mask, since they wont share copyright info they prob own name and a white human mask description.
This topic is going nowhere, and until we have indisputable, factual evidence of the origin of the master Chris may be acquiring, we will not know the answer and this debate will continue. If Gary sells Chris a Nightmare master and it is a 100% original master, he has every right to sell it here. I have let Chris know this, and we will lock this thread up until more information becomes available.
