I think a great beginner/starter way to start weathering these type of masks are to use a very very watered down acrylic paint in the color of black or brown or a nice mixture! If weathering/shading is heavier in certain areas add more paint to the water to make it a tad thicker and of course wipe this away after applied so the low spots will catch the paint and create the better look of the mask.
That’s exactly what I did with mine. The video I posted in my previous reply is a great demonstration. Props to the youtube uploader Manic.
I have a question about the tots Hospital mask. It’s about the size. I know that some of you guys allready said that the Hospital is a lil bit bigger then the elrod mask.
But for comparing…Does it mean that the Hospital has the same size like the resurrection or the h20 mask from tots ? 'Cause these both masks were smaller then the h2 mask for sure. Any help would be cool. Thx guys
I found a weirdly small H2 mask at Spirit Halloween last weekend. Anybody know anything about these? I had a 35% off coupon, so I bought one for a project. I had to wear a thick beanie with my old one, and this one is almost too tight! I’ve been working on weathering it and making the hairline look better.
It’s a smidge bigger than the Tramer, but wayyyy smaller than my 2012 Tots H2 (no longer have that.) It’s even a bit smaller than the KNB H20 I got today. Sorry for the “casual Myers” look, hahaha.
they might be making them smaller now or something. i bought one this year and it fits my head almost perfectly. i keep hearing they are big, but i dont really know…
