Prefer the way the site looked before the update, unfortunately everything looks really complex and generic compared to how the site looked previously.
I like the feature of a live chat, but the design of the site does not look unique anymore and lost that Halloween charm. Not a huge fan of this update

Can’t say I’m a fan, but I’m old and crotchety and don’t like change. lol… I’m sure I’ll get used to it. At least we have a like button now!

Yeah, same. I appreciate what they tried to do, but I hate change and this new layout just seems too complicated.

Yea this new layout is just way over complicated and stylized, just very unpleasant to look at. Old forum layout was fine.

I noticed that when I google something about Myers and it links to a post on this site, it no longer goes to the post but just the main page- even if I’m already logged in. 75% of my visits here come from google searches so that is a big issue to address IMO
EDIT: That issue appears to be fixed now- I can go to the forum post from google and I don’t even have to log in

I like the new version better, tbh. It’s more sleek. There’s a few bug fixes to be done, but everything is more streamlined.

I’m not a fan of this new site at all. Hard to understand how to do things on here. And I can’t even delete old messages. Don’t think I’ll be visiting this place anymore.

Previously the site was partitioned out. You could see it all at once. Now all that is gone. Everything is treated equally and mixed together. So years of perfecting the site, so that you could easily pick and chose where you wanted to go, are gone. The site is now generic, all the perfecting of the previous site, is gone. If it is possible please return to the previous site.

One more time. The site is now a disaster. For 20 years this site has been a beautiful place. You could come here and easily lose yourself in pages of history. You could go to the general section and easily find page after page of conversations going back decades. Now you come here and you get 5 or 6 most recent things, maybe an ebay listing and a random post. With maybe 2 general posts. And then it tells you “that is all there is in the general section”. That is a disaster. People come here for all the history. Not for a few radom recent unconnected posts. Please, please, please, l hope all the content of the previous site still exists? Because that content is everything. That content is the whole reason this site is legendary and still holds such a beautiful place for Michael Myers fans. So please, if you can, please bring back the previous site. Please.

I’m not in love with this either, but all the old content is still available, including the sub-forums and all content therein. Click the 3 lines at the top of the homepage, then All Categories, the scroll down a little bit. You’ll see all the sub-forums (General Discussion, Off Topic, etc.).
