Ooo good idea! He’s already got the blonde hair for the potential of a Kirk mask one side, and the gory burned skin look on the other side
This the older mask?
Yes! The old rehaul paint came off in pretty much a single pull. Thought I’d keep myself busy with making this one better than it was before ![]()
Received some photos of me from MCM Comicon by @mr_aprexus (also @horrorsofcosplay) on Instagram . They look awesome as is, but I’m going to mess around with some editing and see what i can get. Only thing bugging me was that my pocket flap was tucked in for the closeup! xD
Gnarly photos dude!!!
Thanks! Here’s what I went with for edits. Just wanted to darken, and desaturate, although I wouldn’t put editing down as one of my strong points xD
I’ll help you out in that department , with your permission of course..
Of course you can, you helped make half the costume xD. I’d love to se what you do!
They’re awesome! Black and white definitely sells the look. I really like the smokey effect! And the green ones are really nice, kinda makes me think of a soldier coming across Myers with night vision on
Ah never thought of that!!! Good point. I was just thinking stinky sewer colours like the mask lol got any more photos? I’ll come up with some more cool stuff cheers ![]()
That’s amazing. Keep up the good work man ![]()
unfortunately I didn’t get too many photos, I’ll have to take some more when I next get suited up! Will moist likely be in January for MegaCon
That is so damn cool!
Thank you brother! ![]()
Wow, that’s impressive dude
I’m back at it again for another Ends rehaul! And damn… I didn’t know how lucky I had it last time. Pulling this stock paint is just like pulling teeth.
I have mostly managed to get the sunburnt side off, but the burnt side is absolutely welded on! I’m reluctant to go over with a dremmel as this will only hit higher parts, and loose the detail.
Do you think I would get away with having the stick paint left on this side? (Currently getting rid of the pant on the good side’s neck)
Unburned side is the most important part for stripping honestly. In my experience doing Blumhouses you can’t really tell if the burned side hasn’t been fully stripped when you paint it up
