Went fully suited to London Comic Con today. Hopefully should be getting some of the professional photos sent through in the coming weeks! :jack_o_lantern:

I wouldn’t touch you with a ten foot wood axe either. Nasty, gnarly , revolting, these and many others, are the compliments of the Ends costume.

Those burn marks look great.. You did a great job with them.. If you don’t mind me asking how did you get that affect.. I’ve tried to use liquid latex and a sponge.. It looks ok but I like the effect you got and just wondering what you used and how you got it like that.. Looks really good

This was done with a light brush of black fabric paint to outline the main shape. Then I brushed two coats of a liquid latex and black paint mixture in the pattern, attempting to follow a reference from the BTS photos. You was pretty close with the sponge and latex, but brushing it on quite heavily allows for more control with the pattern :). I’d love to see what you have so far though!

I think the damage is done lol.. I followed the video by Cosplay chris.. Like I said it’s decent but it didn’t come out like yours.. And what you did looks absolutely amazing.. Being that there is now rubber imbedded In the fabric I don’t think I could correct it.. So I also went a different route and bought some Durawet to try and replicate a look where he is wet during the fight with the fire fighters.. My next pair I’m gonna do your method.. I don’t want to share what I did because it’s amateurish lol.. Not worth sharing.. But thanks for sharing your technique man.. They look absolutely amazing and you nailed the burn look perfectly..

Think I’ll go for a really bloody version on this one though. Either that, or do something weird like a Dark Knight Joker paint job xD

Think it would make a better Harvey Dent Two Face IMO
