No they aren’t. The first version is. This was the V2. But once he discontinued the other it was the V1
It is a modified DP 99 so it is pretty close

The first pic is a BTS photo, the 2nd is the Spectre. It pulls off a damn good Castle stretch though!

If I’m not mistaken right now they are already on the Spectre v3 but the v1 for me at least is where it’s at. The proto is amazing but every copy from that run is outstanding. It is an altered Don Post 99 mask and thus truly brings out the best details of the Kirk lineage!

can’t really say I like the way it looks in this pic, the model Mam has looks way better, and even better the older model you can see on youtube, I’ll be waiting for more pictures anyway, not gonna judge by only one that can be purely referential. So far it’s been mentioned as the “new model” if you order now, no V1,2,3
Yeah it gets a bit confusing honestly. All I know is that the original run of these, in my opinion, is the most solid of all. They made minor tweaks for the v2 but I was satisfied with how it looked originally! Modifying the DP 99 really was a cool idea and the built-in Castle stretch was well done and reminiscent of the original NAG H78
It is confusing indeed!!! look how good they looked these ones https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EnJpdEglXVQ they look accurate and not far from a Nag, but they say they don’t make these ones anymore which is a bummer, all they could show me is the picture on Etsy that I honestly don’t like, at that price I’d better go for a Nag if I’m lucky enough to start a conversation with Niko in november that is. It’s a sin cause I had a great communication with Laura, she’d been very informative in less than 1 minute, something impossibile to do with Niko or Justin MAbry

It’s fine man I honestly had to give it a second glance myself! The Spectre is really one of those masks that gets swept under the rug but that photo above really shows how close to nailing that original look it gets!
Yeah, that’s the thing. I’ve always felt it doesn’t get it’s just dessert. The Etsy photo doesn’t do it justice at all. My copy is the prototype and the same. IMO, it’s the best mask out there that adds the castle stretch. My photos are unaltered with the exception of making it black and white. Maybe some day I’ll want a mask that looks like the hero when not worn by anyone, but I want what was seen in the movie. I think it’s much easier to make a mask look like H2 Warlock and that’s why they’re so many of them. Achieving the H1 Castle stretch and clean is much more difficult, particularly because Nick made it look different from scene to scene, not to mention When Tommy wore it in the closet scene. Nick’s face made one look, then he’d open his mouth a bit and yet another new look. In the end, the Etsy photo vs my prototype isn’t the copy difference. It’s just a photo difference.
