I want to see Terry get what’s coming to him as much as everyone else, but I agree with Chris.
I’ve yet to see substantive evidence of Terry being actively involved with Joe and Dusty. wholefknshow says he has, and while it may be true, I think it’d be best to either present the evidence or not make the claims. 
I refuse to just buy into the whole “believe me” without evidence thing.
I’ve been in this position before - not with masks, but through another retailer… took my money ($800), sent a shit product, refused refund upon return of merchandise, then just ignored me…
All of this energy being devoted to going back and forth could be spent actually compiling a case or legal argument. Terry most likely is not [or was not] registered with the BBB, so no luck there. You can attempt to begin with the FTC - but, unless Terry was legally registered as a company (as supposed to merely being a hobbiest…), then that’ll get you no where also. I’ve heard some people mention the FBI here… not going to happen unfortunately.
If certain folks have genuine proof, verifiable evidence, and a willingness to proceed… then, by all means, contact the State’s Attorney office in Terry’s state of residence. Like someone else here said, you are legally entitled to file a small claims suit in court – now, Terry doesn’t have to show up, in which case you’d move onto the problem of collecting funds. Good luck with that.
I don’t mean to sound negative… by comparison, the company that screwed me is stationed on the opposite side of the country – they know that I’m not likely to fly cross-country to pursue this. Additionally, there are also unfortunately costs associated with doing all of this… in otherwords, spending more $$, just to get $$ back! Believe me, it sucks… and I know firsthand.
Not sure of all the exact particulars here, but if some folks on this board are owed money by Terry, I can only suggest to stomach it up and move on. There’s not a day that passes that I wish I had my $800 back – but the reality is that I will NEVER see it again. The justice system just isn’t designed to assist Joe Schmoe in an economical fashion. It may have it’s advantages… but, in the end, you’d probably be just as pissed off as you are now.

If you would go back and read my messages you would see a few key points that I’m trying to make that are clearly not getting though to you, so let me try one last time:
- Joe has done nothing wrong.
- Cryptco / Night Creeper Studios have not screwed over a single customer on this board and don’t deserve to be hammered.
- File in small claims court you vs. Terry, because by law that is the ONLY recourse you have, Cryptco, by law, owes you NOTHING.

All I will say since I wasnt around these forums when people got ripped by Terry, is that I did business with Cryptco 4 days before halloween on a Warlock. Joe was very professional, answered my every email, and rushed out my warlock so I get it in time for halloween. I got exactly what i was promised. Cryptco is very trustworthy and will have my business forever. Its sad that people got ripped off by terry and i feel deeply sorry for you because I know if it happened to me how i would feel, but I dont think its right for people to start judging Joe and Cryptco only because he was friends with terry.
You should be going after Terry, not Joe. Cryptco doesnt owe anybody anything. End of story. This is not directed at GoZombie, hes explained his point of view. Ive done business with Gozombie he is a great guy and honestly he is the reason why i started collecting masks. And Im sorry about Terry bro, I hope somehow it works out for you.

True, garnishing of one’s wages would be a preferred method of collecting – that, or property allocation, repossession, etc, etc. Assuming that Terry owns or has anything titled of value. If he were sued, then concealment of said items would be illegal… but that’s just a whole other can of worms in itself. Good luck to anyone who wishes to proceed – from what I’ve heard, I’d love to see Terry be “brought to justice”. Like I said though - court costs, attorney fees, time off from work… all of these attributes go hand in hand with a matter such as this. You’ve got to be in it for the long haul… financially & mentally.
Whomever decides to get involved, be sure to keep us all posted with any/all progress!
EDIT: Aside from masks, it may be worth it to find out if Terry’s involved with any other forms of business - either online or in commercial space… at the very least, you might be able to forewarn others before they engage in any transactions with him. I’m not saying be malicious (besides, no sense in giving him grounds for a defamation/slander suit…) – rather, stick to facts and spread the word!

anyone who got screwed by Terry should listen to Zephro regarding recourse. He is dead on right and the options he provided are the only way you can do anything about it. As long as Cryptco lives up to their promises and do good deals then I don’t think anyone should have a bad word to say about them.

Hey everybody. This is Dusty from Crypt Co…well I thought the community had seen the last of this nonsense a while back… and now here we are again. Ok here is how it is…first and foremost Crypt Co. is NOT TERRY LAMBERT. I grow tired of repeating this and some people on here need to let it go and stop the harassment NOW. The whole CGP debacle was terribly unfortunate for the people who lost their hard earned money and unfortunate for the community as a whole. I realize this got really heated, when we found a redo in the shop that belonged to someone who sent it to Terry. So you may ask… how did Joe and Dusty have possession of this mask??? When we bought CGP, we bought it lock stock and barrel, shop included. We returned that mask to it’s rightful owner, feeling we had done a good thing and it seems to have blown up in our faces. If we found ANY redo that belonged to anyone it would be promptly returned to that individual. So this goes out to Patrick (Gozombie)…for the last time we do not have your mask and if we did you would have it in your hands at this very moment.
So to anyone on here that has nothing better to do than sit on this board and tear us down day and night…keep wasting your energy. Trust me, you are not hurting our business and we have dozens of extremely happy and satisfied customers to back me up on that 100%. Also, one more thing…the speculation on how close our work is to CGP is quite amusing. Many of you fail to realize that I worked as Terrys assistant a couple of years ago for quite a while. So chances are, a countless number of the CGP Warlocks you see floating around out there were more than likely haired and finished by me. Thats not a secret, never has been a secret…never will be a secret. So keep speculating and creating conspiracy theories till your blue in the face.
One last thing…I wanna thank everybody who has backed and supported us. Especially on these never ending flame threads…
Jay just noticed your post on here. I am in no way trying to be rude to you, but I will let you know as I did gozombie in my post above. We DO NOT have your mask and know absolutely nothing of the whereabouts of your Kirk. That matter is between you and Terry Lambert…not Crypt Co.

I usually don’t post very much, but I lurk all the time. I think people just need to give it a rest. I mean I see so much lying going on, just in this thread alone that its getting ridiculous. I don’t believe Terry is apart of Cryptco, but if you believe he is then DON’T BUY FROM THEM. Until their is 100 percent proof or until Cryptco screws someone out of a mask, then why not just give it a rest. The guys that were screwed need to file that for themselves… it has nothing to do with anyone around here anymore. Like it was said, Terry is the man you have your beef with. I understand the dilemma, but there’s no point to bring in the whole board.
And to the guy who talks about seeing all of this “paperwork” that was filed through the FBI. I have some first hand knowledge and I seriously doubt you are able to see the things that you are talking about. The most you might have seen would be the statements filed by your friend. Even then, if it has gone to a federal level… they stay pretty close to the chest with their things. I have a family member in the bureau and I can attest to the fact that they take their investigations very seriously. Once the investigation is closed then yes you could see the report, but with an ongoing investigation they would not give you the information you are claiming to have. So you are really speculating on a lot of this. I am not calling you a liar, and if you or a friend did file then that’s good for you. But I do believe you are using your opinions as facts. I know for a fact you wouldn’t have knowledge of Terry getting a kick back from Cryptco… the bureau wouldn’t give you that information.
Like I said, this really does need to end… and if Cryptco comes out and screws people then you should be more than welcome to bash and criticize, but until then I think we give them the benefit of the doubt. The Terry situation will get taken care of properly.

Welcome to the boards, but you have no idea what you’re talking about. Trust me, you aren’t the only one with “people in your family” Not only have I seen them, the person who filed the claim with the fraud dept and got the bundles of info on Terry’s cut of sales etc, has a family member in the state supreme court of NY who is a close, personal former collegue of a member of the supreme court in Terry’s neck of the woods.
Hence the “fast track”. Seems Terry has other underlying legal issues in the state, and that’s why his name is very familiar to them. It’s all who you know, and they seem to know some things that tie this whole mess together.
Like I said, just wait and see. No harm in that.
The past legal stuff that you speak of involving TL, isn’t anything new really. It’s important though. I say that because, it turns out that when TL said he had another problem that involved having to go to the hospital, he was involved with some kind of court case. You can actually find these things online. Only problem is, you have to pay for that information through certain websites that deal with legal matters. So yeah, TL does have a history with run-ins with the law, it sounds like.
Well I JUST sent payment for ANOTHER Cryptco mask and they ALWAYS come through for me. I will continue to order from them in the future also.
