This sounds like amazing news. And why in the world would people use innuendo to criticize someone without having first hand knowledge? Fans wanted these masks forever and now they have them. 
Sorta gets my hopes up. Made me think a funny thought, what if the movie mask has that janky hairline and bug-eyes like some TOTS masks have had 
I really hope it looks great. I love what TOTS has done for fans. They have some great products. However, there have also been a few disappointments, especially their recent Kirk mask. I was so looking forward to that one until I started seeing people posting photos. Hope that this one turns out much better.

A mask coming from the movie mold? SIGN ME UP NOW! Awesome news! This makes me think that we may be looking at a Cinema Secrets/Resurrection type of situation. I would LOVE to see them have the different options (standard, deluxe, collectors) to choose from. GREAT news!
I was informed that there will only be one edition. I feel like there may be an economy version with latex hair.
Obviously a business needs to do whatās best for business and has to do what is cost effective that will lead to a profit, because thatās the whole point in the first place, but man are they going to miss out on some money if they end up not offering a more detailed version than whatās been the case with most of the Myers masks ToTs has released (H6 being the exception).
If they end up only doing one version is it too much to ask that itās more expensive than their usual $60 tier so it CAN be more detailed and have better laid hair?
For 60 bucks Iām still very happy. Iāll buy one for my mannequin, one to wear at a party and one or two to get customized.
For clarification purposes, here goes; in my opinion, the quality of ToTs Myers masks at the $60 price point has largely been great save for a few nitpicky things from a collectorās standpoint. Iām only saying that I think there would be more people, than expected, that would be willing to pay a little more than the $60 price point for a 2018 Myers mask that had a bit more detail than it otherwise likely will have at that $60 price point based on the 8 main Myers related masks ToTs has produced so far (including the Kirk), me being one of those people.
There are obviously people who are content with the detail that ToTs Myers masks have had thus far, just as there are people that wish some of them had a bit more detail than some have had and they would be willing to pay for that additional detail. Neither of those sides of the fence are incorrect.
Well said. I think the TOTS masks are great for the price. Of course they could be better, but for a $60 mass produced mask, you still get a great, rather accurate mask regardless, and in the mass produced market, they canāt be beat. I feel like they are a great way to get into the mask collecting hobby, before you dive in with a high end mask, though you could just as easily save up for one to your liking, and skip the TOTS masks altogether. Theyāre just something for the guy that wants an accurate mask, but canāt afford a high end mask at the moment.

Yeah man, since I was born in 2004 i havenāt got to experience anything big yet but this sounds promising. What a time to be alive.

But the Kirk was still good quality and looked decent if you styled the hair.

Iām doing the same, Iām going to keep one original and try to mess around with the other because I am sure there will be some things that need fixing. Overall though I do enjoy TOTS and there price point.

The first one I tried to convert myself and i sent the second one to Nick Mulpagano.
It has potential itās just disappointing when itās compared to the picture thatās even on the tag.
Lots of tots kirk were deformed and bloated.
