Hey guys just finished another TOTS 2018 Kills Rehaul. This one might be my favorite one I’ve done. I also edited the pictures for both warm and cool lighting. I know it’s not the best edits but I wanted to see what you guys prefer. I’m glad to see Halloween Kills will be utilizing more of the cool lighting as 2018 had a lot of warm. Both styles work very well. I think warm for indoors and cool for outdoors would look the best and provide the best atmosphere. Also was wondering if anyone knew any differences between the TOTS 2018 and the Kills mold other than the obvious burn effects. From what I’ve seen I still prefer the 2018 over the kills along with the size being a great fit for my head. Thanks for looking guys, would love to hear your thoughts.
Hey guys, finished my Halloween kills mask rehaul! Luckily, my copy has a pretty good burnt side, so I didn’t touch too much over there. I went ahead and brought out the detail on the non-burnt side, added some hair to the hairline and empty spots around the mask, and reworked the hairline (no I did not pull any hair off). Also threw in my little hand prop, which the fingers can be removed and it can be worn like a glove. Pretty cool stuff. Lemme know what you guys think!

Looks great man [emoji106] as for the sizing difference I actually prefer the new Kills mask because it is 24.5 inches and it fits me like a glove. My 2018 mask is very snug and I can barely get it off and on I’m sure it’s only 24 inches. But the new Kills mask looks to be 24.5 it has just enough room everywhere for me.

Definitely prefer the kills’ mask size for sure. Only thing I wish was different was the thickness of the mask. One thing I loved about the 2018 mask was how thick the latex was. The kills mask is just a little too flimsy for my liking, but that’s a small knit pic. But thanks for the feedback and I will definitely check out your video man!
Thanks man I appreciate that. That’s strange I found that the kills mask seemed fairly thick to me mine didn’t seem noticeably thinner than my 2018 at all. Even after the rehaul so I didn’t even realize. I would take another look at mine but I’ve already mailed it to Reme.

Wow they must vary a lot. A guy I know got one and said how it was smaller than the 2018 for him. Any noticeable differences in the shape or detail like proportions? Not sure of how much they changed up the 2018 sculpt.
Mine was fairly small. More like the 2018. 23 and little over half. To think Lawson said his was a 24.5. Jesus so much bigger than mine. Not only are you getting wacked out paint jobs but all kinds of different sizes. Lol
A WIP just put on a small base layer for burn effect and trying something different with lines instead of black using a pewter color. I had a good pull so after a wash and dry brush over it a lot of detail stayed which is the first for me in any H18 or kills masks I’ve done.
In less lighting the pewter pops
Toned down the contrast, added some color. I could do more but its three attempts now.

Holy crap really? Dude you should watch my video I’m wearing the mask in it and I’m telling you the Kills mask is way way way bigger than the 2018 on me. I have shadow behind my eyes now it’s so great it’s got to be 24.5” because the 2018 is barely 24 when I put that on it’s tight and my eyes are just about sticking out of the eye holes it’s so tight. That’s surprising that the sizes are different I’ve never even heard of that happening before.
Does anyone know how they get the white color on the kills mask? I want to touch mine up but the white I have right now doesn’t match
