“Clean” ToTs 78 I just finished rehauling and rehairing
First hkills rehaul done! Customer wanted to take on the wound/blood portion themselves but that works for me!
So does anyone know what happened to the ToTs Kirk mask? I intended to buy and convert one at some point but when i checked their site it was…gone? I’m figuring it was retired due to permissions or something but not sure.

Some shots of a TOTS 2018 I did recently. Really happy with how it came out. Crazy how a repaint and some hair styling can change the whole look of a mask.

Looks awesome! I think if you flattened the hair a bit and hit it with a matte finish to knock out some of the shine it would be one of the more accurate h40s I’ve seen

This was a paint job i’m pretty happy with but I decided that’s the last time I’m hairing the mask in this method. I’ll grab some pics of the one i’m doing today but I just dont like how the hairline looks once the glue is dried. Also, I’d been using Tacky glue, is there a better alternative that is less visibly apparent once the adhesive dries?
You could try copydex glue but I think in the case of the 78 Tacky is better. A lot of people prefer to completely rip off the front hairline and reglue but I prefer laying small sections of Tacky glue on the current hairline and then holding that section of hair down until its touch dry. It’s messy but shouldn’t be visible afterwards.
