I was wondering when will they start shipping things out?
Because I ordered my ToTS H4 and it just says “On Hold”
Does anybody know when certain items are going to ship?
The later you ordered the later you will get your order. If you ordered in January you will be the first to get it. If you ordered later the later you will get it. I ordered in January and mine has’nt shipped
I order my H78 mask in July so i was told it will ship in late September
Be honest instead of pre-ordering from TOTS you are better off buying it from Ebay or other company’s who sale these mask i seen one guy just order the mask and got it 3 days later TOTS is waste of time
I ordered my H78 on 6/25 and I just got an email from TOTS confirming it shipped. I ordered my H4 back in January and nothing. And yes I purchased the H4 off ebay and today got an H78 off ebay thinking that TOTS was’nt going to get mine to me until Sept/Oct!!
that sucks but i see this guy on ebay collectorsrowinc who is selling tons of TOTS mask right away so i’ll go with him next time

I mean this guy called “RON” On Youtube got his H4 in like Mid-July this year, As well I’ve seen others on this site who have gotten their H4s already.
I have an H4 on pre-order with TOTS that I put in back on January 26th when the pre-orders went live. It’s currently on hold as they have not started to ship those yet. I did however get another H4 from Party City back in early July.
With that said, the Party City H4s, as well as anyone else who had them early, are missing the neck extension. Apparently the factory made a booboo and cut the extensions off on a large quantity of the masks that were already produced. TOTS has stated that the masks coming from their pre-orders will include the neck extension. This has caused a delay in the TOTS pre-orders shipping, because they want to be sure the neck extension is in tact. So we will be waiting a little longer for those to ship.
As for pre-ordering from TOTS, it’s a guarantee to secure a copy. If these places who get the masks early end up selling out, or raise their prices due to demand, then it’s better to have the pre-order in, rather than miss out, or pay premium prices for a 60 dollar mask. Still, I am guilty of double dipping on the H4 and H5 because I had a chance to get them early, so I did. But I still have my pre-orders as well, that will eventually ship.
As for the H78, my TOTS pre-order shipped on July 24th, and I ordered it January 24th. So they have been shipping those for the last 10 days or so now.
I just got my H78 yesterday and bought it pretty much when the listing went live. I also ordered the H4 and figured there would be a delay with those to guarantee they weren’t sans neck extension which does add a nice level of authenticity to the mask since that’s what it had in the movie. As for the H5 I ordered I placed that on on January 28th or 29th so my guess is that will be shipping to me possibly before the H4 since there were no issues with those to my knowledge.
Correct. The H5s will probably be going out soon, within the next week or two. The H4s are delayed due to the neck extension debacle. In my opinion, while I do have the early H4 with the extension cut off, I am glad I still have my TOTS pre-order on the H4, as I feel like that’s a big part of the proper look of that mask. Not that one can’t be added to those without it, but why bother if it’s supposed to be there on it initially, Right?

I’m also waiting on the H1 light up pumpkins and the H1 Myers clown mask.
Chris Zephro, owner of TOTS, addressed the issue. I, along with others, emailed and messaged him on various platforms asking what the deal was with the neck extension missing from those initial copies. That is what he responded with. He said the copies that will come from the pre-orders with them, will include that feature. Because the factory was cutting them off, and had done so to thousands of copies, it backed things up to ensure the pre-order copies include it.
That’s why I pre-order from TOTS directly. Not only to guarantee a mask but also because they care about something as minor as a neck extension. Zephro may get criticized but I’ve really never been disappointed by his company. Before TOTS Halloween fans had nothing affordable that looked halfway decent. I remember getting that DP 1999 mask with all the hair falling out or the 2006 mask that looked like Bill Murray before I did some touch ups to make it look halfway decent. At most TOTS masks need minor rehauls like hair or paint but the molds are definitely quality and done by artists who love Michael Myers as much as we do. Can’t wait to get my H4 and H5 as well as my knives and HMH sign.
I’ve pre-ordered the 2018 and the 78 mask straight from TOTS but I’ve learned my lesson. Probably gonna stick to Nightmare Toys from now on, I’ve seen alot of people get their masks way early from them, and they usually get decent copies.
