Updated pictures of my old Kirk mask.

The person who bought my old Captain Kirk mask e-mailed me the other day to catch up. I asked about the mask and he took these pictures for me. I thought you guys might want to see so I asked if I could share and he agreed.

It’s cool to see for me… he’s kept it on the foam head/tin can set up I made for it way back when. The tin can then goes on top and seals the mask in really well. Look at that limp bump! So freaking sweet.

Anyway, here are the images.

Looking marvellous Josh!

totally nuts. Beautiful sight right there. Thank you and the lucky new owner for sharing!

Always been my favorite 75Kirk. The hair is unreal.

Bet you’ve still got a hole in your heart from losing that one. At least you know it’s being taken care of! :open_mouth:

THanks for that Sheriff, and thanks to the owner. It is nice to see some great post pop up in the middle of all the madness that seems to be going around these parts. That mask is truely unreal. I still can’t believe you get to say you wore it. :drinkers:

I feel lucky to have found it and owned it. I still think it’s the coolest looking Kirk masks around with a look others just don’t have. I don’t regret selling it because that thing helped me out big time when I sold it.

As a vintage mask collector it does kinda suck knowing that I’ll never own another, but it’s better to have loved and lost than to have never loved at all. :finga:

Well, I for one miss having you around here with your infinite mask knowledge.

why did you part with it? its a fanastic mask

What a gem!! I love your collection sheriff…especially that Dracula!! What Dracula mask is that?? What year??

yes

Thanks for sharing Josh!

thanks for sharing Josh…thats the best kirk around…it looks like it came from the same run as the hero mask

Still say that Kirk was pulled from the same mold the screen used mask was pulled from. Still the best looking Kirk out there.

Thank for sharing thoes pics and please thank the owner for allowing you to share them with us. :drinkers:

Priceless Josh!! sweet pics & collection…
Thanks for sharing the candy… :sunglasses: :sunglasses: :sunglasses: :sunglasses:

Excellent pics, Josh. You have a top notch collection and it’s always great to see shots of a '75 Kirk.

It does not get any better than that… :open_mouth:

It’s a 1980s Don Post MOONFAN. It glows in the dark. It’s much better, in my opinion, than the Cal. Dracula.

Simple answer: Yes :open_mouth: And it’s one of the finest ones still in existance.
