And people grow shorter with age 
He’s around 6-1. 6-3in boots imo. He definitely has some boot enhancement.

I thought Warlock was taller than Nick that’s why in H2 the coveralls are high showing his socks?
Warlock was shorter but most likely wore some lifts

There’s no way Kane Hodder is or ever was 6’4" Maybe 6’2" at his peak, but look at the diner scene in part VIII and how much taller Ken Kirzinger is.
Kane had always wore thick sole boots to add to his height. Even on camera he doesn’t look as big as some of the other actors.
Warlock had on Logger Boots with lifts and a smaller pair of coveralls on to give the appearance of looking bigger
in spite of that he still looked shorter than Nick Castle on screen to me, he just looked stockier

Yes he was, now probably a little less, with those boots and lifts could’ve reached 5,11 or 6, but still looked shorter, possibly due to his stockier build

if the coveralls were baggier, he’d look bigger, it works for me, and I’m short as well as skinny with broad shoulders
I’d say you look larger with baggy coveralls, but shorter, on the contrary with snug coveralls you’d look more slender like Nick Castle

In regards to nick being 145 lbs. He is probably just estimating his weight, I doubt he knows exactly how much he weighed at the time. I am 10 years younger than he was at the time of filming, but I am the same height and I weigh 155. Here is me in tradewears vs him for size comparison. While 145 lbs is possible, I doubt that’s exact. I’d say he weighs the same as me if not 5-10 lbs more.

in your opinion how did the original coverall fit Nick Castle? you think it was slightly baggy or more on the snug side?
I’m usually 97lbs and my height is 159cm (5’2) there’s are my 38R Big macs on me, Nick does wear somewhat baggy coveralls, mine are really baggy in the legs, and only somewhat baggy in the torso and sleeves
I’d say any height is enough to gang up on little kids, teen girls and drunks like he did in H1. I guess he needed to get bigger as the series went on and he encountered more formidable opponents
Nick seems to have pretty broad shoulders as well, which would influence how large/small the mask looked. I also have a build of 145lb… 6’. I would imagine Nick was a bit heavier…
