As someone who stood next to kane himself…he is most def between 6 ft 2/ 6ft 3 without the boots with the boots a def 6 ft 4/5 appearance and if you look at him when he was way younger he was def taller and even taller than his wife at the time. (evidence is in a news interview and man he was tall).
Inserting fun fact: About 12 years ago I got to hangout with Kane Hodder and Brad Loree for the entire weekend, ended up getting totally drunk with Brad and crashing in his room along with Ari Lehman lol.

It was a horror con, and he was just a normal guy hanging out with fans (most celebs are actually really cool) We spoke a lot about RZ’s Halloween remake and him not coming back as Myers (hes actually good friends with Tyler Mane)
Brad is awesome, he even invited me out to go see my first Ice Hockey match on the Sunday night. Kane is also awesome. Always remembers you and your name, and chats to you like a normal guy…very nice bloke.

Woah, this wasn’t at Tx FearFest 2 was it? If so, I was at that convention!
Ok …but tango and cash came out in what ? 1990? That wouldn’t apply to how much he weighed while filming H2 which was like a decade earlier. He didn’t weigh 190 lbs when he filmed H2 that’s all in saying. 
About a year ago I emailed Dick Warlock and specifically asked him what he weighed when he did H2.
He replied “In the full costume I was right at 6 feet and about 160-165 lbs”.
So I would guess he would be 5’9" and 155-160 in his underwear. Perhaps 190 today.
As for the other actors/stuntmen who did Michael, this is the info I had when they did the character. Not what they are today! Most of this info is from countless interviews of these guys, convention footage and stuntmen websites. Not to mention personal testimony. Just cannot find the weight of Don Shanks. I would guess he was around 230lbs. He was massively built!
