Whatâs your favorite Halloween sequel?
I think we can all agree that the original Halloween is the best in the series. That being said, whatâs your favorite sequel? Mine is the original H2. Use the poll so we can all see the breakdown.
H2 (1981)
My favorite sequel is H2 (1981), but H4 is a close second.
I really do enjoy 4 as well. Thereâs something extremely fun about watching that movie! Itâs honestly probably the most fun to watch out of all of them.
For me itâs Halloween 4.

Halloween 2 all day everyday
Itâs a toss up between H2 and H20, with H20 getting the final vote. I literally grew up with this movie. Whether there were good times or bad times in my life, this movie was still there.

Movies made during the Internet Age typically have more ratings than movies pre-digital. This also may affect the rating.

I prefer H18 to H2, by a fairly wide margin. I prefer almost all the sequels other than Resurrection to H2. Itâs just never been a favorite of mine. And believe me Iâve watched it 2000 times so itâs not that I havenât gave it a fair shake. Something about the campyness of the other sequels wins my heart.
My favorite is H4. I never seen H20 and H2 to me was down right boring. H18 over H2 for me. But 4 is very creepy
I love H2, but man 4 is growing on me. I love that rooftop chase scene and just it feels like Halloween in it. I donât know some of the other sequels have like no sense of atmosphere in them.
Halloween 2 for sure!
HII 1981. The soundtrack is a beast and the movie has some iconic moments. To me, Myers died right there. The series and Myers stuff today is oversaturated.
A tie between II (1981) and Curse for me. The 2018 film is also up there.

Only disliked two things: ignoring H2, and the crazy doctor.
The other sequels have, a lot more âissuesâ(!)
