Hey Halloween fans, I hope you’re enjoying the holidays and wish a happy New Year for you all. Well I plan this year to get a “REAL” H1 Michael Myers mask and I find NAG’s work to be out of this world so that’s who I’m going to when I get some money together. However I’m confused on the selections. What makes a 75k Castle Special Edition different than a regular 75k? As well as a 98 proto or a Coverman (from what YouTuber Scott Kennard has)? My head is about 23" but my face is pretty long so I don’t think I need a mask with a built-in stretch, I’m guessing a size "24 will work? Lastly, do NAG masks get finished by Nikolas himself or does he send them to someone else to paint them (Freddy Loeper, James Carter etc.)?
NAG masks are the best in the biz. He has many that would fit the bill for you. If you have a long face then a 75K would work perfectly for you. You don’t need to spend the extra money for the Castle Stretch. As far as finishing goes “paint and hair”. Nik sucks at it. He may be the best sculptor in the world, but he’s probably the worst finisher. You’ll have to send it out to be re-hauled. The entire process is going to take a long time. So I’d get started right now if I were you.

Wow! The rehaul work is gorgeous, it almost seems like the facial expression changed as well to a more “angrier” look in the second rehaul example.

There are really only two that stand out to me not including the 2K. The Castle 75k SE, and the Proto 98. These are, IMO, Nik’s best offerings.
Currently waiting on a response from Mr. Carter. I have a Castle 75k SE, and a ToTS H40 waiting for him. Your pieces are phenomenal!
Yeah like I said to somebody else, the 75k new mold is a fantastic choice. Now of course the castle and proto are also extremely accurate choices, but my preference is the new mold look. The “jerk” made by a member on here is also a great choice. Hope this helps

In my opinion it can. It’s all about the finishing.

In my opinion it does it very well, and the hallway scene which is my favorite Myers appearance. I cant recommend the new mold enough, I really love the looks it pulls off and feels very h1 to me.

The 75k se new mold on the left 75k old mold on the right. Obviously the old mold is finished as an h2 but you can see the difference. The old mold pulls off the h2 better imo, but both can still pull it off quite well. As for the actual differences i really dont know but would assume it was just reworked and tweaked to look more accurate.
By the way anybody knows if Niko is now back to the shop?
