Which TOTS mask is the most accurate? H78, Boogeyman or 1975 Kirk?

The Boogeyman is from the Night Owl Psycho and the the Kirk is derived from the Night Owl Shat/Creep. So in terms of accuracy I’d go with one of them instead of the '78

What Constol78 said + the fact that the NightOwl Psycho comes from a 1975 Kirk mask, as does the ToTS Kirk

The Kirk and the Boogeyman both have direct lineages to original 1975 Kirk masks, while the TOTS H1 is a freehand sculpt by Justin, if I understand. So the Kirk and the Boogeyman are both more accurate by default.

I seen the H78 in person a few weeks back at Spirit Halloween and I wasn’t impressed, sadly because I have an H6 and TCM 2 Leather Face mask from them and those two are spot on. Haven’t seen the other two in person. It I was you, I’d spend the extra money for a Sinister Studios mask. I have the Obsession, which is $125, and I love it! I’ve seen a lot of people brag on the Hiro mask from Sinister Studios, too, which is $150.

They’re all accurate in their own way, especially if you work with them a little. The new 78 mask though, is surprisingly screen accurate as it has a built in Castle stretch, which I love. The others do not. I own one and after doing a little shading and hair work, it blew me away. It fully fills the H1 gap in my collection. Also, lighting is key as always with these masks. So I’d say if you want a mask that pretty accurately captures the look of the 78 mask as seen on screen when Nick Castle wore it, definitely get the H78. But if you want a more accurate unworn look, go for the Kirk or Boogeyman.

I’ve had much more luck coaxing a Castle Shape out of a Kirk than an Elrod.

What’s size of TOTs Kirk? The same as Boogeyman?

The TOTS Kirk I’ve found are a little loose on my head, so probably around 24". I don’t own a Boogeyman for comparison.

Stock I would say the Boogeyman by a large margin!! I’ve seen beautiful things done on both kirks and 78s through re hauls though

The Kirk which was “The Shat” from Nightowl makes a very nice Myers. Here’s one I did before Halloween

I agree with everything said here,the 78 mask is fantastic and once rehauled looks as seen on screen when nick wore it.Here is some pictures of my rehaul I did,I’m over the moon with it.Im even debating weather to sell my nag 75k castle and use this as my new grail.

I noticed after comparing the Creep and tot Kirk face to face in my hands… it appears they are very similar, Except… the kirk has dulled down features, smaller nose slightly, etc… It almost looks as though it was a casting of the creep/shat.

I would assume that possibly the same may go for the Boogeyman…?. just my guess…

I know it’s a bit off topic… I like the B man stock more…

The TOTS Kirk is in fact the Night owl Shat/Creep mold, and the Boogeyman is the Night Owl Psycho mold.
