Why does everyone hate the RZ films ?

I have no argument ? lol What exactly do you want me to prove? Do you want me to write a thesis on why I think the RZ movies are terrible? You go ahead, and keep writing these long rebuttals , while I sit back , eat my popcorn and laugh. You don’t need to be a film student to know what a bad movie is. So a person who’s never attended film school doesn’t have the right to like or dislike a movie correct? I just want to clarify what I’m reading.

That’s the whole point. I posted to explain why these movies are actually decent. If some of you aren’t going to actually attempt to put up an argument, then why are you even responding?

And yet you contradict yourself by still claiming it’s a bad movie without covering any of my points.

Again I ask you, do you even know what cinematography is? Yes, you might need to understand something about film to understand why it’s good or bad. Just like you might need to be a medical student to understand something about medical practice. and if you think you actually know what makes a film bad, why don’t you get into the detail? Why are you scared engage? Usually, people refuse to answer questions and engage simply because they don’t actually know what they’re talking about. Because they don’t actually HAVE any answers. So far that sounds like you.

You merely claim they are bad movies without actually giving any reason. I actually give numerous reasons and explanations why they are good. Who’s more credible? It’s not rocket science. Do you actually equate the Rob Zombie films with all the other poor Halloween films?

This is the problem I have with people and “opinions.” If your opinion is merely a conditioned reaction that doesn’t have any actual thought behind it and you can’t even explain it, then it’s irrelevant. I can’t speak for anyone but myself and my brother who has the same opinion, but we think they suck, and don’t consider them Halloween films. I refuse to even talk about them anymore. The backstories blow, the mask blows, dialogue is complete garbage and the characters are all trash too. H1 is somewhat manageable but I barely made it through H2 the first and only time I’ve watched it. It’s just trashy BS. Can’t say much better about his music. So glad we have all the other films to cherish, even Resurrection and that’s really saying something

#2 the Heavy Metal attitude (although I LOVE Heavy Metal a Halloween does not need that)
#3 the childhood story (no need to know that, the less we know it makes it more creepy)
#4 Joe Grizzly appearance & dialogue with Michael (wtf)
#5 The rotten Mask (prefer the clean version which is quite cool looking)
#6 Brad Douriff as Sheriff (Brad is a great Actor but this… ^ ^)
#7 Malcolm Mcdowell as Loomis (no words needed…)

It seems that I am one of a few who like RZ’s H2
more than RZ’s H1 because:

#1 less trash language
#2 at least they tried to go a different new way instead to reboot H2 1981 - so they created something new.

What I don’t like in RZ’s H2:
#1 The horse
#2 his mum
#3 Michael talking + the hobo outfit
#4 The Rabbit in Red sequences
