Seriously guys there’s nothing you can do at this point. Trancas and everyone else at it is doing their jobs, under a contract they need to keep. You should be grateful they let it slip for so long b/c they’ve known for a while, but YOU all brought negative attention to the site and now we’re paying the consequences. I would have done the same thing and im sure everybody here would, if someone else was making money off a character you paid tons of cash for a license of, especially with that thick binding contract, there’s nothing that can be done and there’s no wrong here but us. Please understand that.

Correct me if I’m wrong. We can still sell any mask we want on here as long as we call it something other than a Myers mask right? If you want to sell a mask in the classifieds, post a pic and call it a Halloween mask. Simple as that right?
NO. It is the likeness of a copyrighted character. You cannot sell a mask that resembles Michael Myers here. Any listing that appears to be the sale of an unlicensed or unofficial mask will be removed.

Does Trancas own the rights to Michael Myers period? Or is it just certain Halloween movies? I remember something awhile back about them only owning the rights to certain ones.

yeah, a don post or cinema secrets mask is an offical licensed mask. So it can be sold. If it was sold in stores, you can sell it all day long

There can’t be any mention of “buying” or “selling” we can “trade” a mask & then pm the person for details… Is it inconvenient…Of course, But is it better than this place being no more…You bet! Its silly to some sure but you can bet your bottom mask that Trancas isn’t playing around with their money & neither would any of us but few see it that way as we are on the receiving end of this news & not the giving.
