Ordered didn’t even hesitate hopefully they fit ordered 42R since that’s what my roebucks are at.

Yo same! No way I’m sitting this one out.

I hear that now I just need to get my 2018 rehauled.

Me too way to good to pass up.

Im a 44 R and i got 44 R workrites and the waist absolutely strangled me and made me look chubby as hell lol So i got a size bigger…Then I realized that the waist elastic should probably be cut…its a very very form fitting waist

Could somebody help me know what size I should buy? It might be a dumb question but I’ve never had coveralls before. I’m 5’9" and my chest is 46, I don’t want it to be tight or too loose, should I buy the 46 or 48?

That’s what I heard hopefully it’s fine if not I am still losing weight so eventually they will fit perfectly.

Yeah man that is exactly right the elastic is quite strong to begin with and to get the look right you should remove a little of it. Same thing happened with me I ordered a 46 L and it fit great except it was too tight in the waist. Before realizing I needed to remove some of the elastic I bought a 48L and use those instead. But the 46 would be ideal for me I just have to remove more of the elastic.
So there are detailed directions on this site I forget where they are but if you look up 2018 workrite elastic you’ll likely find it with detailed photos.

I’ve had very similar issues. I recently acquired a pair of Workrites and they’re surprisingly snug.

I’m 6’ and a slim 170ish lbs. I generally wear a 40R or 42R, which usually fit with a little room to spare. I scored a pair of 46R Workrites on eBay and I expected a pretty baggy fit since they’re a few inches larger than my normal sizing. As a few of you mentioned, the elastic is pretty damn tight. But even if I were to cut it, I feel as though they’re still a bit snug in the chest. It’s so strange, because I few like a 46R in other brands would swallow me a bit.

I have a pair or 46R ordered with Legion, but now I’m worried that if they’re true to Workrite sizing, they’ll be a little snug. What do you guys think? I’m considering upping it to 48R.

For reference, the H1 coveralls pictured are 40R from Reeds. And the Workrites are 46R and fit just about the same. So weird.

i mean those still look good dude…My only worry with going to 48 for you and literally myself same size-is that the sleeves would be too long, When I jumped to 46 the sleeves were super long, I wonder if I could just get those tailored better

thanks man that was me on youtube, My question for you is how is it with the alteration, Huge difference? Better fit? I just dont want to look fat, I am cool with being uncomfortable in it because I will only be in it for a little each use…But the fat look is killing me lol

Man now you guys got me worried that I went too small my 42 Roebucks fit me perfect and I have been a 44 for a while and have a pair of red kaps and pair of big macs and they are baggy as hell now which is why I went down.

Well guys I’m 6’2” and about 195lbs and I wear a 36” pant size and usually XL shirts and the 48L is a touch long for me, the 46L would be perfect but that waist was snug so I got a 48 before I saw the elastic cutting instructions on this site. So once I alter my 46Ls elastic they should be perfect for my build.
Here is a look at my 48L H40’s and you can see they are a touch long in the sleeve.

It’s evident in the sleeves they are a solid inch too long for me but not terrible.

those look flipping amazing!!! you look great…I am really trying for the baggy flare look that the back of the coveralls have when james jude wears em…
