Damn Colin that’s some of the best finishing work i’ve ever seen on a Myers. In my eyes that is H1 Myers all the way.
I think as far sculpts go, the look has been nailed. I believe it’s just a matter of the right finishing touches and the collector’s preference of the “perfect” Myers look. Everyone has their own view on how the mask should look. I guess that is the reason there are so many sculpts of the same mask. One mask can capture one screen cap perfectly while the same mask can look completely off when trying to recreate another screen cap. Like I mentioned previously, I think the over all sculpt has been nailed by numerous artists, are using actual Shatner life casts and molds created from an actual Kirk mask as well. How much closer could you get with exception of owning an actual 75’ Kirk?

the first pic i saw of niks new sculpt, i thought it would be the perfect mask, or near perfect anyway, but after seeing some new angles it wasnt as good as i thought but still a top h1. colin has done a great job with the conversion. cant wait to see some worn shots

If you look at the cheek bones, chin and mouth, IMO I think it looks Colin’s mask. Can somone put the pics side by side?
